Most common Inspection types are:
General - Condo, Townhome, Home
4 point - Important for insurance
Wind Mitigation - Important for insurance
WDO (termite) - Highly Recommended

I recommend these Inspections by Property Type:
Condo - General & sometimes WDO if on the first floor
Townhome - General, Wind Mitigation, 4 point, WDO
Home - General, Wind Mitigation, 4 point, WDO (Pool & Septic if applicable)
