What sets me apart from other agents?
For one, I am a long time Airbnb Superhost, so I fully understand STRs and can effectively guide you through purchase, sale and Airbnb self-management. Also, when feasible, I like to explore if a creative finance option could work. I’ve effectively closed multiple seller finance, assumable loan and ‘subject to’ transactions. Most other agents simply don’t understand creative finance, so they only transact deals the conventional way.
Also…I’m no BS, always give my honest opinion, I work quickly and I don’t like to waste my time or my client’s time. If that sounds good to you, I’m your guy!

My background
In business, I’ve found success in several things. Growing up, I worked for my father’s new home construction company during summers and weekends. After graduating college with a Finance and International Business degree, I worked on Wall St and eventually became the Managing Principal of an institutional stock trading firm in NYC. I also opened, and eventually sold, a restaurant in Manhattan.
I've been an Airbnb host since 2010 - hosting 10 units in NYC and Philadelphia. I also started a small Airbnb management service in NYC that handled the entire guest process for other hosts.
In 2018, I moved from NYC back to NJ and began selling real estate. I also began working with father on new home construction projects in NJ. We still build and sell new construction homes in NJ - five in the last 2 years. In 2022, I relocated to beautiful Destin to escape winters and join The Short Term Shop - the perfect mix of selling real estate and Airbnb. Since joining the team, I’ve helped dozens of investors buy and sell well over $50 million in short term rental investments.
In 2023, I was one of the top Emerald / Forgotten Coast agents on the team in sales volume and top 20 sales agents for the entire CPAR MLS.
I cover the Emerald Coast Market - mainly Destin, Miramar, 30A and Panama City Beach. That is approximately 60 miles of beautiful coast and arguably one of the most traveled to and popular vacation rental markets in the country.
