In my opinion, you should join and start playing with the Airbnb app ASAP to start getting familiar with it. You can start setting up your account and filling in some property details. This will allow you to at least start to understand how the settings work.

Please don’t wait until the last minute to start the set up. Just don’t publish your listing until it is fully completed and you are 💯 ready to start hosting. WHY? When you create a new listing, Airbnb will give you a boost in the search results for the first 2 weeks to help you start building momentum. DON’T WASTE THE BOOST !! 😂
